What happens if I change my address?

Please send us an email on help@imagenpay.com to update your details. Later we will enable you to update your details in the app in My Profile.

Does my card ever expire? / What happens to my money?

Yes, you can find the expiry date in your card details. Go to My Card –> Card Details. ImageNPay cards are issued for three  years, and if you do not notify us, we will reissue the card at £0.99 for another three years. We will transfer the balance for you, but if you have any Direct Debit or Standing Orders, you will need to update your card details for them.

If you do not want your card to be re-issued or even close your account all together, please drop us a note on help@imagenpay.com. We don’t charge Account Closure Fee.

What happens if I no longer want to use my prepaid card?

If you wish to cancel your ImageNPay Card or ImageNPay Plus Card or no longer wish to use it, please send us an email on help@imagenpay.com. We will close your account, and we don’t charge Account Closure Fee.

What happens to my money?

Because it is a virtual prepaid Mastercard® card in the app, you won’t be able to use ATM. But if you instruct us with your new details where to transfer your funds, we will action this for you at £0.50 for Bank Payment Fee. You have the whole year after your card expired or you closed your account with us to get your money back without penalty. After one year, you will be charged £20.00 for Late Redemption Fee.

What if I have a problem/question?

If you have a query about the card itself or you have an unknown transaction on your card account, or a transaction has been declined but you still have funds on your card account then please send us an email on help@imagenpay.com.
