FAQs
Do I need to have an ImageNPay card to enter?
There's no need to have an active ImageNPay card to enter, but you must have a valid ImageNPay account to enter the prize draw. To do this, you'll need to download the app on iOS or Android and register an account. Don't forget to include your phone number so we can verify your identity should you win! Full instructions can be found within the app and further T&Cs can be found below.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost for entering this competition - you just need to successfully sign up with your details after downloading the app. If you do decide to issue a card, you will be charged a one-off card-issuing fee of £1 and then a monthly cost of £1.99 for maintaining your ImageNPay account. This can be cancelled at any time by contacting Support.
I already have an ImageNPay account. Can I still enter?
Yes! If you're an existing customer of ImageNPay, you're eligible to enter. We'll simply top up your existing card with your cash prize. If you don't already have an ImageNPay card, we will activate your £50 ImageNPay Gift Card within the app which you can then use to top up your balance like a normal prepaid card (monthly fees apply).
How will I find out if I've won?
Winners will be contacted by DM from the official @ImageNPay Instagram (watch out for scammers!). We will ask you to verify the phone number you used to sign up and then send the £50 directly to your card.
Terms and conditions:
This competition will close on the 19th of December 2023 and is open to UK residents only, so make sure to get your entries in quickly for a chance to win.
Entrants must be 18 or over and have a valid ImageNPay account to be eligible to enter the draw. Winners will be picked at random and contacted via DM, so make sure to also check your inbox! If you're lucky enough to win, you will also be asked to confirm the mobile number you used when registering so that we can verify your ImageNPay account. If the winner does not reply after subsequent attempts to contact, another winner will be chosen in their place.
Once your ImageNPay card is activated, you'll be charged a monthly £1.99 fee for maintaining the account unless otherwise cancelled. If you wish to cancel your ImageNPay account you must contact our support line via email or phone and once your identity has been verified the account will be closed.
